Ann Arsenault-Beers has been teaching professionally in the health and wellness industry since 1990.  She is a certified Fitness Leader through B.C. Parks and Recreation, she has her 500 hour Yoga teacher Certification with Yoga Ink, she has also studied extensively in the Iyengar yoga tradition as well as Pilates since the 1990’s and continues to do so today.  Ann teaches movement classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Better Bones for Seniors as well as workshops such as Art & Soul (Yoga and Painting), Alignment Master Classes, and Partner Yoga.
