Christine’s body and life have been transformed by her regular practice of Yoga and Meditation. It is her intention and purpose to help others heal and transform by introducing them to these powerful tools and being their guide to a healthier, happier more peaceful way of life.
Christine’s yoga classes are for everyone at any skill level. She offer variations to the poses so everyone is comfortable and supported no matter their experience level. She loves introducing Yoga to people who think they can’t do Yoga and having them leave with a new-found love for their bodies and a renewed connection between their body, mind and spirit. Studying with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Davidji and Claire Diab has given her a deep understanding of how powerful Yoga and Meditation are as tools for healing physically and emotionally.
