Constant yoga practice is a balancing force in my life. I chose to study hatha (vigorous yoga) to improve and maintain my physical and mental health as well as a positive and connective life force. During yoga teacher training, I felt drawn to teach this practice that allows space in between thoughts and in the body; that lets it breathe be supple and strong. I also learned that the practice and study of yoga is a constant evolution. Reading and participating in workshops are a part of my practice as a teacher. I received my 220 hour certification for teaching hatha yoga from de Ruth Richman (Yoga Ink) in June 2016. I presently teach in English but would eventually like to teach in French also.
