Andre’s motto in life and career is a reflection of his challenges, obstacles and achievements from a young boy to the person he is today “I’ve suffered, I’ve learned, I’ve changed”.
His lifelong process of growth and healing enabled him to surmount being an obese child (losing over 100 pounds), being diagnosed with Osteoarthritis (in his early 20’s) and numerous injuries related to intense physical training. His search for solutions to ease pain that could not be treated by traditional medical practices, took him on a journey of discovery of the benefits of combining physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual techniques through Yoga, Naturopathy, and constant improvement. Today as a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist and registered Naturotherapist, he hopes to help others through their journey toward healthy living, stress management and physical, emotional and mental balance.
