Starting her practice in 2010, Raquel started with podcasts to calm her mind. Shortly after, she started taking yoga classes and developed an interest in the technicalities of each asana and worked on developing meditation and visualization techniques that worked for her to take her practice deeper.
Through research and with practice, she has recovered after shifting to a holistic lifestyle, allowing her to connect with the great teacher that is inside each of us.
She is a certified teacher ( RYT – 200 hours) and has a bachelor’s in Sports, Leisure, and Tourism Management. By teaching yoga, Raquel meshes her passion for yoga and her desire to help others find the time for and appreciate the moments they take for themselves. Her personality is bubbly, and she likes to keep her classes on the playful side.
