Reclaiming Your Happiness sessions combine the knowledge of NLP, Grief Recovery, and ThetaHealing ® to create steps towards healing your heart successfully. The steps are individualized to you and your healing. They include exploration of the myths and beliefs that may be blocking you from taking the necessary steps towards healing. Various mindset tools such as affirmations and meditation will be used to move through these blocks. Time will be spent on breathing and meditation techniques to ground you and open your heart to the healing process. Reclaiming Your Happiness is about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to Heal Your Heart with grace and ease. It’s about connecting you with your inner wisdom (inner healing heart guru) to Heal your Heart.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is the study of how our thinking produces our behaviour. It takes a look at where we are now and where we want to be and uncovers the thought processes in the way. It allows us to change these thought processes to produce the behaviour we want; to get to where we want to be.
Making a change is not easy for most people to do, because the change is approached consciously, from our current awareness. For a change to be successful it needs an approach that includes our current awareness as well as the source of intelligence of our body, the part that allows us to breathe while we sleep and makes our heart beat.
Grief is about a broken Heart. It is a perfect and natural response to a significant loss, whatever that loss is for you. Be it a death of a loved one or baby, divorce or end of a relationship, grief is unique as the individual experiencing it. Grief comes in waves, some small and some overwhelming. Theses waves are emotions that need released. By riding the wave to shore, acknowledging and feeling the emotion fully is how healing occurs. The riding of the wave is as unique as the grief and the individual experiencing it. It’s about opening your heart to the grief. This is done gently and gracefully through our breath and through heart opening activities, whatever that may be for you.
The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique for your mind, body and spirit allowing you to clear beliefs that are limiting your ability to live a positive lifestyle. It connects you to the “Theta” state of mind, which is one of the frequencies of brain waves found to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, facilitate mental clarity and physical relaxation, invoke creative thinking, and reduce pain.
By connecting to the “Theta” state of mind, we can connect to the source of all that is, the universal energy. This is done through our crown charka, “the gateway”. By connecting to the source of all that is, we can heal ourselves emotionally and physically at the cellular level through focused thought and prayer.
