Having always led an active lifestyle, Renee transitioned from running to yoga in 2012 after using it to heal the effects of a regular running practice. Her new found interest in yoga proved to be lasting and she found herself wanting to share yoga with others. In May 2015 she completed her 220 hour teacher training with Ruth Richman (Yoga Ink.). She considers this accomplishment only a starting point for her lifelong goal, which is to help others discover yoga and enjoy the benefits and personal growth as much as she does.
