Monique’s love for yoga began in the year 2012. She had been suffering from a hip injury until she discovered the power of yoga. After her first time on the mat it was truly love at first practice. She not only knew this was going to help her body but she could sense it was going to change her life, and that it did. Her body got stronger, her mind became clearer, and the relationship with herself grew much deeper. So much in fact that she needed to share this knew found love and knowledge with the world. In 2014, she received her 220 hour Teacher Training Certification with Ruth Richman, in Moncton. It was a powerful journey that taught her everything from the history of yoga to the physical practice. She is constantly educating herself to further her knowledge and better help others.
