Our Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga and meditation styles designed to help you tap into the therapeutic and transformative nature of yoga and meditation for the body, mind and spirit.

Drop-in classes:

These are daily classes. Members may purchase a membership or pay a drop-in fee to attend class. See our schedule for class descriptions!

 

Workshops:

Our schedule of special workshops and seminars varies widely from yoga to other aspects of health and wellness. These events are usually one time events and payment for these workshops are separate from our membership fees. Please visit our schedule to see what is coming up.

 

Specialty classes:

These classes are 4 to 8 week series with weekly classes. Students must pre-register for the entire program in order to attend the class. Registered students will also receive a complementary drop-in pass to attend once class from our regular drop-in schedule each week of the program.
